Return Policy

Your guide to refunds, cancellations, and what to expect with ScanHub bookings.

Because ScanHub produces digital files and activates your scan pack immediately after purchase, we cannot offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or transfers for any scan package.

No refunds after purchase once your order is placed:

  • The system begins processing

  • Your PIN code is generated

  • The scan pack is allocated at your chosen location

  • Incorrect location or scan pack selection

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

PIN code protection

If the PIN is used by someone else due to sharing or mishandling, no refund or replacement can be issued.

(We keep the full PIN Code Policy in the Terms of Service, not here.)

Technical issues during scanning

If a verified technical malfunction occurs (system error, hardware failure), our support team may issue a re-scan or replacement session at our discretion.

This is the only exception, and does not include:

  • User error

  • Object limitations

  • Scanning unsuitable materials

  • Missed appointments

No refunds for scan quality

Scan quality varies by object shape, material, reflectivity, and placement.

These factors are outside our control, so refunds cannot be issued based on quality outcomes.

Chargebacks & disputes

Any chargeback filed for a completed order may result in:

  • Deactivation of the user’s PIN

  • Denial of future access

  • Forwarding evidence of file delivery and service usage to the payment processor
