Because ScanHub produces digital files and activates your scan pack immediately after purchase, we cannot offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or transfers for any scan package.
Once your order is placed:
Please review your order carefully before checkout, including your location and scan pack selection.
Your PIN code is personal. If the PIN is used by someone else due to sharing or mishandling, no refund or replacement can be issued. Full PIN code policy is covered in the Terms of Service.
If a verified technical malfunction occurs (system error, hardware failure), our support team may issue a re-scan or replacement session at our discretion. This is the only exception, and does not include:
Scan quality varies by object shape, material, reflectivity, and placement. These factors are outside our control, so refunds cannot be issued based on quality outcomes.
